Zoning regulations are hereby approved and adopted by the Governing Body of the City of Goddard, Kansas, as prepared and published on the City of Goddard Website and available in book form as model regulations by the Goddard City Planning Commission at Goddard City Hall, with the technical assistance of City Staff under the date of August 25, 2016 and entitled “Zoning Regulations of the City of Goddard, Kansas” and the same are hereby incorporated by reference as fully as if set out herein.

Said zoning regulations have been subsequently amended by the ordinances enumerated in the history of this code section.

There are further herein incorporated by reference an Official Zoning Map delineating the boundaries of zoning districts and the classification of such districts, which map shall be marked “Official copy of zoning district map incorporated into zoning regulations by adoption of Ordinance No. 792 by the Governing Body of the City of Goddard 19th day of September, 2016” and filed with the Community Development Director, to be open for inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hour.

Said map has been subsequently amended by the ordinances enumerated in the history of this code section.
