It shall be unlawful for any person, other than the occupant of the room, dwelling, apartment, rooming house or apartment house involved, to go upon private property, without the permission of the owner or lessee thereof, to look into such room, dwelling, apartment, rooming house or apartment house.

Any person violating any section of this article, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for not more than Ninety (90) Days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
